Policies

Billing & Cancellation Policies:
Invoices are sent out at the end of the month, making payments due by a 15-day grace period. If you are not able to make a payment at that time and do not contact us, you will be shut off from the pick-up schedule after 60 days.

Overages:
Charges for extra bags will be added to your monthly bill.

Regular Kitchen Bags (13 gallon) $2.00
(30-42 gallon bags) $4.00
Contractor Bags Are Considered 2 Kitchen Bags (60-90 gallon) $6.00

Recycling:
(For Wolfeboro Residents only) Recycling as Follows.
Glass, Tin Cans, Aluminum Foil, & Aluminum Cans – Can all be put in one bag.
Paper, News Paper & Chip Cardboard – May all go in one bag.
(Corrugated Cardboard Is Separated)
All the rest is considered garbage.

Policy Guidelines:
Please bag and tie all trash.
Please keep all bags under 50 lbs. in weight
Please flatten all cardboard and keep pieces shorter than 4′ in length.

Payments:
Payments will be accepted online thru PayPal. If you prefer to mail a check, there will be a $25.00 dollar charge for any returned checks. Please make sure if you have the bank do your payment that the customer’s name is on the check.

Clean Outs & Bulk Pick Ups:
Household cleanouts, appliances, furniture, construction material and other miscellaneous items that require special attention. Please call or email us and give a detailed description of what you have. Someone will get back to you in a timely manner.

Prohibited Items:
Please note that we cannot take any of the following with your curbside pickup. If you need any of these items removed, please give us a call or email us!

TV’s/computer
monitors
